Computer-to-Plate Equipment Market and Growth Overview

To succeed long -term in the print industry, businesses must adapt to changing market and economic conditions. The following insights may help guide your business strategy.

Experts report this year is on to an impressive recovery in print, with annual revenue expected to be $199.5 billion, give or take inflation at the hands of materials suppliers and freight companies, according to Printing Impressions. However, the distribution of print demand will continue to shift away from traditional concentrations.

Sabine Geldermann, Director at Drupa, Messe Duesseldorf, comments, “Print can be optimistic about the future. After the double blow of the 2008 global recession and the consumer shift to digital communications, printers and suppliers are taking full advantage of the slow, but clear global economic revival and finding new ways to exploit emerging technologies so as to place print as a central tool for consumers.”
